  • Learn how (not) to run a great contest in this interactive, fun session with Devon.
  • Pick up the nuances of contest judging – what are the key things to watch out for?
  • Understand the key changes to this year’s rulebook – so you run your contest flawlessly!

  • This workshop will give club members the knowledge, motivation and skills they need to become more effective evaluators. Based on the Evaluation Maven Manifesto by Rodney Denno DTM.

  • What does it take to champion a club back to healthy numbers?
  • Hear the story of the trials and tribulations of a club success plan in action.
  • Brainstorm and co-create your actions to drive guests to your club and convert them to happy members.
