TWO WORKSHOPS IN ONE...

How to Judge a Contest

This first workshop, hosted by past District Chief Judge Blair Montgomery and current District Director Louisa Davis - will help you to understand the nuances of the judging criteria for both the International Speech Contest and the Evaluation Contest.

How to Win a Contest

Past District Champions will battle it out with the best tips for preparing your winning speech for the International Speech Contest. Then they will offer their best suggestions for a stellar performance in the evaluation contest. How can you prepare for the best evaluation of your life? Practice, practice, practice... and attend this workshop!

Advanced Aurators is an advanced Toastmasters club with a specific focus on evaluating and presenting speeches. No Jokemaster.  No Wordmaster. No Grammarian. We have up to four prepared speeches delivered each meeting and members may choose to deliver standard length or longer presentations up to a 30-minute keynote speech.  We organize special events such as The Evaluation Workshop to further develop our communication and leadership skills.
