Time:  Gather by 10:00 am. Meeting 10:15 am - 12:15 pm.  Virtual doors open at 9:45 am

Meeting / Program: Speakers and Evaluators with audience mini-evaluations, plus a Workshop

WORKSHOP:  "How to organize and run Hybrid Toastmasters meetings" presented by Ray Miller, District 96 Toastmaster of the Year, 2020, with his Hybrid Committee Report.

This Workshop will be focused on the execution for a Hybrid Meeting for a Toastmasters meeting, including best practices.  The format of the presentation will be as follows:  Technical setup requirement - 15 minutes, Production and Execution - 15 minutes. Q&A will be 15 minutes.  We have some prepared questions from the Hybrid committee, and there will be opportunity for questions from the audience as well.

In general, Workshops are any of these: presentation, discussion with facilitation, longer speech, keynote speech, panel discussion, crafts, debate, speech with audience discussion.  Many of these Workshops provide club members opportunities to tackle Pathways projects in Level 4 and Level 5 of any Path and DTM requirements.
