Meeting / Program: Speakers and Evaluators with audience mini-evaluations, plus a Workshop.
WORKSHOP on Journaling by Sarah Davies.
"Drawing Out Your Best Self - Expressive Journaling to Reduce Stress and Boost Your Well-Being."
From illustrated gratitude journals to heartfelt letters to your younger self, come and learn some easy visual and narrative journaling techniques in this supportive and interactive workshop. No drawing or writing experience required! Please bring four sheets of blank/unlined 8.5 x 11 paper, a black felt-tipped pen or fine point Sharpie, and a pencil and eraser. Optional: coloured pencils or markers. By the end of the workshop you'll have half a dozen journaling activities to help you playfully connect with your inner creative genius!

Workshops are any of these: presentation, discussion with facilitation, longer speech, keynote speech, panel discussion, crafts, debate, speech with audience discussion. Many of these Workshops provide club members opportunities to tackle Pathways projects in Level 4 and Level 5 of any Path and DTM requirements.
