Speakeasy Club Meeting

Our theme for the evening “Climbing out of the Rumination Rabbit Hole” is based on the article of the same name by Dr. Colleen Georges.

Rumination is a repetitive thought pattern focused on negative feelings and experiences, as well as their causes and consequences. Ruminating increases pessimism, fuels self-criticism, drains us of the energy and motivation to take positive action, and hinders our ability to problem solve.

Reclaim your mind, shut down your inner critic, and stop negative thinking in its tracks!

Join us Wednesday March 11 for our regular Speakeasy Toastmasters meeting, where we will peer into 7 strategies for climbing out of the Rabbit Hole.

To assist me with your introductions please respond to the question? What is your favourite food, what is the one dish you love the most?

See you at the meeting.
