Henry Vis, DTM

I have been in Toastmasters since the last millennium. I joined in 1991. I am the Area director of Area 92 currently. I am a Distinguished Toastmaster (DTM) and I am working on the second one. I already finished one pathway, I am in the middle of my second pathway and I am starting a third one. 

I have had the confident communicator award 12 times. I served on every executive position at the club level. I had been the Area Governor 4 years ago. 6 years ago in 2014 I started losing my sight and I became legally blind. 

I have been a machinist/tool maker. Most recently I was a transit driver. I have been in sales, financial services. I have been married for 39 years. I have three grown children and 6 grandchildren.
