Evaluation 101: Mindset Matters

Drawing from the work of Carol Dweck and 30 years as an educator, in this educational workshop Mariah-Jane will focus on the concept of a fixed mindset versus a growth mindset. This session will delve into the various methods for awareness of mindset state as well as techniques for shifting from a fixed to a growth mindset when noticed. Understanding of how stress plays into our mindset will be discussed and easy integration tools will be given to participants that will help to bring about a whole brain state which is required for a growth mindset.
