Canadian Keynote Speakers
This year, two Canadian keynote speakers will share their knowledge and earned experiences to help us grow in the areas of: career advancement, leadership, speech writing and club membership recruitment and retention.
Roger Caesar, DTM - Roger Caesar is a 4-time semi-finalist and 3rd place winner at the 2021 World Championship of Public Speaking. He is also Founder of Empire Coaching and Owner of Caesar Transport.
Alexandre Matte, DTM - Alexandre Matte was the 2022 2nd place winner at the World Championship of Public Speaking. Specializing in storytelling for young audiences, Alexandre is currently on a Canadian tour of elementary schools to help children discover the art of storytelling.
World Champion Speaker
Verity Price, DTM - Verity Price was the 2021 1st place winner at the World Championship of Public Speaking. Verity is living in Africa. She will be speaking on leadership lessons recently learned.
Canadian Accredited Speaker
Freddi Dogterom, DTM, AS - Freddi Dogterom, of Lethbridge, Alberta and who obtained a rare Toastmasters International Accredited Speaker award in 2017, will speak on "The Marvels of a Mentor."
District Council Business Meeting April 22, 2023 at 8:30 am – 12 noon
If you are a Club President, Club Vice President of Education, Area Director, Division Director or part of the District Core team we need you to please attend and to vote. There are no proxies for this meeting. It is crucial that you "register" in advance in order to help the district meet quorum. Please note that proxies are not allowed at this virtual meeting.
