District 96 District Council Meeting
This meeting is intended for District Council Members only.
We have a very important meeting coming up on Saturday, April 20, 2024 and your attendance and vote are critical.

➢ Club VP Education
➢ Area Director
➢ Division Director
➢ or a Member of the District Core Team (District Director, Program Quality Director, Club Growth Director, Public Relations Manager, Administration Manager, Finance Manager, Immediate Past District Director)
... and therefore a voting member of the District Council.

Meeting Time: 9:00 am – 12:00 pm PDT (8:30 am – 9:00 am credentials)

Here are the votes to be attended to during this upcoming meeting as follows:
➢D96 Realignment
➢Division Director Elections
➢Club Growth Director Election
➢Program Quality Director Election
➢District Director Election
Proxies for virtual meetings are not permitted.
Each club in the district is assigned two votes, which are assigned to the Club President and Club Vice President of Education. District Executive Committee members are entitled to one (1) vote and may cast up to two (2) additional votes as Club Presidents and Vice Presidents of Education.
It is crucial that you register in advance in order to help the District meet the quorum.
