District Status with 3 Months Left in the 2024 / 2025 TM Year

We are on track to make, if not surpass our goals!!
district 96 district status update

Today is a groundbreaking day for District 96.  The efforts of the Club Growth team under Louisa's leadership has brought D96 to #1 in the world in percentage of paid clubs to base clubs! The District is achieving this in a combined effort to reinstate clubs to paid status and chartering new clubs.  There is another award for Districts with the largest net growth of clubs and at this time District 96 is tied for second place.

The second measurement is in member payments. I have been tracking payments working on a goal of President's Distinguished District.  District 96 is in 15th place world wide in member payments.  At the beginning of the year I estimated the number of payments needed by month to reach President's Distinguished in payments.  As of the close of February the chart below shows how we are doing.

As long as the Orange line stays greater or equal to the blue line we will make the President's distinguished goal.

The numbers in the chart below shaded in green are guesstimate numbers, what I would like to see happen.  The top line of numbers are the payments needed to reach the President's Distinguished goal accumulated by month.  The bottom line of numbers are an estimate of payments of what the District needs to achieve goal.  I have included the payment goals on the right column.

If the District achieves the guesstimate numbers the District will arrive at 4501 payments for the year, and will achieve not just President's Distinguished but Smedley Distinguished status.

projected status out until the end of June

The third goal to achieve Distinguished District is having Distinguished Clubs.  The efforts of Sherry and her team have set us up to meet the goals for our clubs to become Distinguished.  The District has 70 clubs that have met 3 or more goals in the DCP.  These clubs are certainly in reach of being Distinguished.  41 clubs have achieved 5 or more DCP goals already.

Achieving our Distinguished Club, Area, Division and District goals depends on all of us.  Whether we are working to encourage our members to renew their membership, or to continue achieving their educational goals, we must remember what is most important.  When our members and clubs achieve their goals, our Areas, Divisions and District will achieve its goals.

Our District Executive has done excellent work this year.  I thank all of you for your hard work that is showing great results!!!  Two thirds of our program year is now complete with 4 months to go!  Keep up the great work and we will be able to celebrate our achievements at the Spring Conference, The Grande Finale, and at the International Conference in August in Philadelphia!
