District 96 Annual Conference is in just a few weeks!!!

This is an event which brings together Toastmasters from Vancouver lower mainland, northern BC and the Yukon. Most of the members are business professionals, community leaders, and entre- and intrapreneurs. With over 2,600 active members in more than 130 clubs Annual Conference is a highlight event on the District level. We expect to welcome 180-220 attendees about 69% of whom are between the ages of 25‐49 and hold a university degree.

The Conference Team is excited to present you with a unique opportunity to deliver a message of your brand and company to all the attendees and the District. The various levels of sponsorship are designed to accommodate your needs, giving you access to various marketing tools:

• Smedley Distinguished Sponsor is the opportunity to be the main sponsor for the whole weekend (only one slot available). Your banner or sign will be at the Main Ballroom at Pinnacle Hotel throughout the event. A feature full-page ad in our program is for you to deliver your message. This level of sponsorship comes with two tickets to the full conference package (Friday to Sunday). Your logo and link placement on website, social media, and projected at the conference. Price: $2,500.00 (cash or in kind);
   
• President Distinguished Sponsor is the opportunity to support one of the dinners during the conference (two slots available). Your company sign will be displayed at the selected night, on Friday, March 29th, or Saturday, March 30th. A feature full-page ad in our program is for you to deliver your message. This level of sponsorship comes with one ticket to the full conference package (Friday to Sunday). Your logo and link placement on website, social media, and projected at the conference. Price: $1,000.00 (cash or in kind);
   
• Select Distinguished Sponsor is for the sponsors who would like to support a selected educational session or special reception (various slots available). Your company sign will be displayed at the selected event. A feature half-page ad in our program is for you to deliver your message. This level of sponsorship comes with one ticket to Saturday Conference Package. Your logo and link placement on website, social media, and projected at the conference. Price: $500.00 (cash or in kind);
   
• Distinguished Sponsor is for the sponsors who would like to get access to our Advertising Package (various slots available). Your company sign will be displayed at the registration table. A feature 1/4-page or 1/8-page ad in our program is for you to deliver your message. Your logo and link placement on website, social media, and projected at the conference. Price: $100.00 or $250.00 (cash or in kind).
